Over the past decade, we've been a solid recruitment partner in the environmental, engineering & planning sectors. We've successfully delivered on numerous opportunities nationwide, working with a variety of organizations, from emerging startups to major global corporations.

The Team

Bernie - Director

Director

Bernie is the founding director and the driving force behind Talent House's impressive track record.

In 2015, what was intended as a short-term recruitment contract quickly evolved into a passion for the people-centric nature of the role, leading Bernie to accept a permanent position.

From there, Bernie built a successful recruitment engineering division from the ground up, becoming the youngest consultant to be promoted to a Senior Consultant within the organisation at that time.

Since entering recruitment, Bernie has successfully assisted numerous clients and candidates across the environmental, property & engineering sectors. With his approachable, down-to-earth nature, Bernie takes the time needed to truly understand the requirements of both clients and candidates.

Curiosity is a core value and a primary driver for Bernie. His commitment to learning about people, companies, processes, and the industries his clients and candidates operate within has been instrumental in his long-term success and effectiveness.

Kransky

Chief Culture Officer

Kransky is an integral part of the team here at Talent House. Kransky has over three years of experience in improving people’s wellbeing and ensuring our team is working as a collective.

Though answering the phone isn’t his strong suit, he is a fantastic listener and is always ready to lend an ear.

In his pursuit of improving our culture, Kransky has led many key initiatives such as implementing an incentive system for treats and snacks, morning walks for staff health and fitness and, extensive power naps to ensure the team is never fatigued.

Outside of work, Kransky is pursuing his goal to represent Australia in professional limbo.
